Agreement to terms

By accessing or using the services provided by EAMOT ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Description of services

EAMOT provides field maintenance, verification and measurement services for distributed energy assets. Our services include but are not limited to:

• ·Sustain: Maintenance of diesel generators, servo stabilizers, UPS systems and battery banks.
• ·Attest: Report decoding and benchmarking, vendor and SLA analytics, ticketing with service verification, and energy and health verification.
• ·Meter: Direct fuel and electrical measurement, including the EEG-1 instrument layer.
• ·An API that carries verified figures into your own reporting.

User accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• ·Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• ·All activities that occur under your account
• ·Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised use

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• ·Use our services for any unlawful purpose
• ·Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our services
• ·Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services
• ·Transmit any malicious code or harmful content
• ·Copy, modify or distribute our proprietary content without permission

Intellectual property

All content, features and functionality of our services are owned by EAMOT and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without our express written consent.

Data and privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described there. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

Service availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EAMOT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EAMOT and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
