Send us twelve months of records. We'll return a documentary diagnosis of your estate →
How it works

Documents first. Instruments second.

Most platforms start with a sensor rollout. We start with the paperwork you already generate, because the first year of insight is already in your filing cabinet — and because a sensor installed today tells you nothing about last year.

01

The premise, in three steps

01

We service the assets

Our technicians are already inside the machine room, on a schedule, across Tier 1, 2 and 3 cities. That access is not a feature of the software — it is the reason the software is possible.

02

So we can instrument them

The instrument goes on during a service visit that was happening anyway. No shutdown, no installation project, no second trip.

03

So we can prove the numbers

An instrument produces data no human typed in. That is the only kind that survives an audit, and the only kind a reduction claim can rest on.

Starting: the baseline report

Everything begins the same way, whichever product you end up using. We read what you already have and tell you what it says.

01

Request

Five fields plus your estate size. No phone number, and nothing confidential at this stage.

Immediate
02

Confirm

A 20-minute scoping call, and the data-pack checklist so you know exactly what to pull together.

2 working days
03

Data pack

Twelve months of bills, your service records and your asset register, by secure upload. About an hour of your team's time.

Client-paced
04

Report

We normalise it, plausibility-check it against safe bands for each asset and brand, and write it up.

Walkthrough

A 45-minute readout: where the outliers are, what each site costs, and where your own numbers do not reconcile.

What the baseline report is, and isn't

What it is
  • ✓A documentary diagnosis of records you already hold
  • ✓Arithmetic and benchmarking you can check line by line
  • ✓A list of the sites where instrumentation would pay back
  • ✓Free of hardware, capex and commitment
What it is not
  • ×A verified baseline — verification is what instruments do
  • ×A trial of the platform
  • ×A forecast, a savings percentage or an industry multiplier
  • ×A measurement of anything
04

Then: how a rollout actually runs

You see value before any hardware is installed. Each phase earns the next, and you can stop at any of them.

Phase 1

Digitise

Send the reports you already produce. We train benchmarks on your assets and your brands, and you see value before any hardware exists.

Phase 2

Operate

Ticketing moves on-platform. Vendor scores and the SLA clock switch on, and the accountability stack starts producing evidence.

Phase 3

Instrument

EEG-1 units go on at the priority sites the diagnosis identified — fitted and commissioned during normal service windows.

Phase 4

Optimise

Portfolio reviews on cost, energy and vendor mix, with a documented trail back to the original bill for every figure.

05

What commissioning guarantees

See Meter & the EEG-1 →

Fitted on a scheduled visit

The technician who was already coming installs it. No separate mobilisation, no downtime negotiated with the branch.

Wiring checked and recorded

CT polarity, phase and voltage are verified at commissioning. An instrument whose own wiring was never checked produces confident, wrong numbers.

Two witnesses from day one

What the DISCOM billed against what the submeter measured. Where they disagree the gap is flagged rather than quietly resolved.

Re-checked a week later

Every verified repair is checked again automatically at T+5–7. A fix that did not hold is caught, and you are told.
