Every organisation on this page either gave written consent to be named, or appears only as a sector. There is no third category, and no logo wall of companies who once took a meeting.
Tata Capital

CBRE
Working alongside a facility management partner rather than in place of one — the verification layer sits above whoever holds the service contract.
Cushman & Wakefield
The same arrangement with a second facility management partner: EAMOT verifies and maintains under the FM contract, not in competition with it.
Pizza Hut
Outlet energy and bill analysis across a national franchise and company-owned estate.
Banks, NBFCs, warehousing hubs and F&B outlets, described by sector rather than by name. Every figure is measured or reported from the deployment, not projected.

BFSI branches on energy monitoring
Maintenance tickets handled
Production deployments, as of FY 25-26.
Branch-level energy monitoring across a BFSI network
More than 80% of branches had a power-factor problem, 70% drew a third more load after office hours, and nobody could see electrical health until something failed. Each branch now has circuit-level visibility and an after-hours baseline trained on its own load.

North cluster, 1,411 generators pre-screened
Twenty generators were instrumented and measured under IPMVP Option 3, isolating each one against a pre/post baseline. Diesel use fell from 23,737 litres to 16,927. The same data caught generators running in overlap, water mixed into fuel, and sets rated below their actual load.

A BFSI generator fleet, FY 23-24 to FY 25-26
The fleet grew by nearly half and the cost per generator still fell. Maintenance cost holds at 3.5–4.5% of replacement asset value, against a 5–8% red zone for an ageing fleet, and every controller replacement is traced to a cause: three-quarters of FY 25-26's North-region spend came from six units aged 11–13 years.

Four conveyor belts and two return chutes, 60-second telemetry
Panel-level metering found the hub running at a power factor of 0.36, current distortion near 28% against a norm under 15%, and a critical current unbalance putting the sortation motors at risk. None of it was visible on the electricity bill.

40 seats, open 19 hours a day, 35 kW contracted load
Air-conditioning took 36.6% of the mains against a 30% target, power factor sat below 0.95 for more than half of operating hours, and the outlet drew 4.78 kW with the doors closed. Alerts on each of these now raise a maintenance ticket instead of waiting for the bill.
