The role

We are established in AMC — now we want to expand our footprint. This role owns that expansion: taking EAMOT’s proven service and DG maintenance capability into public sector banks, private banks, QSR chains and telecom infrastructure, while growing wallet share inside the accounts we already serve. A relationship-first, trust-first sales role — not a cold-calling SaaS job.

Compensation

CTC as per industry standard + revenue-linked bonus, based on experience

What you would own

  1. 01Private Banks: convert OEM AMC contracts and new branch rollouts into multi-year AMC contracts, using EAMOT’s BFSI track record as the credibility anchor
  2. 02QSR chains: win DG AMC across multi-outlet networks, navigating franchise vs. company-owned decision structures and the store-rollout calendar
  3. 03Telecom: target tower companies, data centres and network operations centres for DG and critical-power AMC across distributed site portfolios
  4. 04Warehouses, hospitals, hotels and malls: win AMC where downtime is non-negotiable, navigating facility management intermediaries (JLL, CBRE, Knight Frank) who often control the vendor decision
  5. 05Grow wallet share within EAMOT’s existing multi-bank AMC fleet and convert case-to-case repair relationships into standing, multi-year contracts
  6. 06Drive renewal rates and protect the base against OEMs at contract expiry
  7. 07Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, site survey coordination, technical proposal, commercial negotiation and contract closure
  8. 08Structure AMC pricing models — comprehensive vs. non-comprehensive, SLA tiers, spares inclusion, response-time commitments — that are competitive and deliverable
  9. 09Work closely with technical and operations teams so that what is sold can be reliably delivered at scale
  10. 10Represent EAMOT in front of facilities heads, procurement teams and CXOs at large enterprise and banking clients
  11. 11From Year 2, hire and manage 2–3 regional executives, and build the AMC playbook, pricing guardrails and CRM discipline a growing team can run on

What we are looking for

  • ·8–12 years in sales or key-account management for DG/genset AMC, critical-power maintenance, or facilities management (FM) services
  • ·Track record of winning or growing large, multi-site maintenance contracts — ideally with banks, retail chains, telecom or other distributed-site enterprises
  • ·Working knowledge of genset AMC pricing models, SLA structures and spares/logistics considerations
  • ·Demonstrated ability to carry and hit an annual contract value number of ₹2.0 Cr+
  • ·Enterprise procurement navigation across the multi-stakeholder decision processes typical of banking, PSU and large retail clients
  • ·Tender and RFP response capability, including GeM portal familiarity for public sector opportunities
  • ·Commercial negotiation — comfortable defending price against L1 pressure by selling reliability and uptime, not discount
  • ·Consultative selling: running site surveys, building a technical-commercial case, and translating uptime into rupees for a CFO or facilities head
  • ·CRM discipline and accurate pipeline forecasting
  • ·Pan-India coverage capability, with success managing distributed site portfolios across multiple states
  • ·Strong existing network in at least one of North (Delhi NCR), West (Mumbai/Pune) or South (Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad), with willingness to build the others
  • ·Ability to manage regional service partners and coordinate multi-city delivery commitments; working proficiency in Hindi and English
A strong bonus, not a requirement
  • ·Existing relationships within BFSI facilities/procurement teams
  • ·Experience selling into QSR, telecom tower or data centre facility networks
  • ·Exposure to how AMC and IoT/monitoring services can be sold together as a bundle
  • ·Prior experience building or leading a small sales team
  • ·Background from Cummins, Jakson Group, Sudhir Power, Mahindra Powerol, Kirloskar or comparable critical-power organisations
04

How this goes from here.

  1. 01Thirty minutes with the person you would report to
  2. 02A scoped problem from the real backlog — paid if it runs long
  3. 03A site visit, so you see a machine room before an offer
  4. 04A yes or a no with reasons, within a week

Tell us about the largest AMC or maintenance contract you have personally won or grown — contract value, client segment, and how you won it.
