Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive to accelerate our offline and online sales of AMC services, CMMS software, and EMaaS solutions. You’ll engage with corporate clients, manage sales cycles from lead to close, and support both in-field and digital outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities across corporates, facility managers, and channel partners.
  • Drive end-to-end sales of AMC contracts, CMMS software, and EMaaS across regions.
  • Conduct product demos, on-site presentations, and sales meetings with technical or commercial teams.
  • Convert leads generated from digital campaigns, industry referrals, and outbound outreach.
  • Prepare proposals, cost sheets, and ROI decks customized for client needs.
  • Support LinkedIn/email marketing efforts with prospect feedback and pain points.
  • Liaise with service teams to finalize scope of work and delivery timelines.
  • Report weekly progress on sales pipeline, meetings, and closures using CRM tools.

Required Skills

  • B2B solution selling experience in services, SaaS, PaaS or maintenance-related sectors.
  • Field sales capability – ability to connect with Admin, Procurement, Facility Heads, and CXOs.
  • Strong understanding of AMC lifecycle, ticketing, uptime SLAs, and value articulation.
  • Excellent business communication, proposal writing, and client presentation skills.
  • Persuasive negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with converting leads from email, LinkedIn, and web sources.
  • Understanding of digital content, walkthroughs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on with CRMs like Zoho, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Ability to understand IoT, CMMS, and energy dashboard features.
  • Experience in DG sets, UPS, EMS, or facility automation is a plus.

Preferred Background

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
  • Experience with FM companies, OEMs, Real Estate, or Banking sectors.
  • Past exposure to IoT services, tech support, or SaaS/PaaS roles.
